lavender:
the fresh scent of lavender is calming and relaxing. lavender balances, strengthens and refreshes. lavender has been recognized as the flower of devotion, while enjoying a variety of sensual and practical uses. in addition to its well-known power to promote relaxation, fight insomnia and ease aches and pains, lavender is also effective in dealing with more serious ailments, such as migraine headaches. lavender comes from old world plants of genus lavandula.

sage:
sage has long been known to rid negative energy, reduce anxiety, slow down the nervous system, and act as an anti-inflammatory. sage helps to promote health, well-being and balance in mind, body & spirit.

organic blends:
a mixture of flowers, herbs, spices, natural fixatives, and oils to scent the air while promoting a sense of comfort. this is a special blend sachet mix containing osmanthus and other natural fragrance oils.

flaxseed:
